How is your program different from other Teacher Training offerings?

Our 600-hour Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program leverages 30 years of coaching experience, clinical rehabilitation experience, and advanced graduate diplomas (Romana’s Classical Boulder and Contemporary STOTT training). Program Completion requirement is approx. 10 to 18 months (individual times may vary). Graduates are fully prepared to take the NPCP Comprehensive Pilates Exam and apply to our Mentorship Program.
What is the Teacher Training Course Prerequisite?

To take the Comprehensive Teacher Training, you must have prior experience as a Pilates practitioner and permission from the studio Director.
How is your coursework structured?

The Comprehensive TT Program is a blend of online and in-person learning scheduled on specific weekends and in 3-day modules. This program provides the foundational blocks for teaching beginner-intermediate Pilates levels and the technical and pedagogical proficiency required to bridge and support the principle modalities of the Classical Method which includes Mat, Reformer, Chair, Trapeze and Barrels.
